Free shuttle bus departs from the south exit of Naka-karuizawa Station.
Please transfer to the Shinano Railway at JR Karuizawa Station.
※Please note that there is no shuttle bus departing from Karuizawa Station.
Shuttle bus service is available only for guests on the day of check-in.
Reservations are accepted until 12:00 noon on the day of your visit.

Please ask at the front desk if you need a timetable from Naka-karuizawa station to JR Karuizawa Station.
