Reservations are required for groups of 20 or more paying visitors. Priority is given to reservations; same-day entry for groups may not be available if fully booked.

Admission Fees

Adult – General Admission ¥3,000
Age 15-22 ¥1,200
Age 6-14 ¥500
Age 5 and Under free
Visitors with a disability certificate and one caregiver can enter for ¥700 each.

■ How to Book
・Booking Deadline
Reservations must be made via this system by 9:00 AM, three days prior to your visit.

■ Payment Methods
・Advance credit card payment
・On-site payment (cash or various cashless payment methods)
・Advance bank transfer
(An invoice will be issued within 7 business days of your reservation. Please complete the transfer within 14 days of the issuance date. Please note that the reservation will be cancelled if payment is not confirmed.)

■ Cancellations
・Cancellation Fees
(For full cancellation) 100% fee applies from 14 days prior to the visit.

■ Changes to Group Size or Details
・Please contact us via the email address provided upon reservation confirmation.
※ If the number of paying visitors falls below 20, the group rate will not apply, and the reservation will be voided. In such cases, please consider purchasing "General Admission Tickets." Please note that the parking reservation will also be cancelled.

■ Important Notes
・Please contact the facility if your arrival time deviates by more than 15 minutes from your scheduled time.
Depending on the situation, we may be unable to accommodate bus parking or may ask you to wait before entering.
・Reservations are not accepted for January 13, January 14, or July 13, 2027, as the facility will be closed for maintenance.

Cancellation Fee

100% of the total fee for cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the scheduled visit date.

■ Changes to Group Size or Booking Details

Please contact us via the email address provided in your booking confirmation email.

● Important Note on Group Discounts:
・If the number of paying visitors falls below 20, the group discount rate will no longer apply, and your reservation will be invalidated. In this case, please consider purchasing standard general admission tickets. Please note that any parking reservations will also be automatically cancelled.

■ Important Notes
・Bus Access
Groups booked under “No Bus Parking” are permitted to drop off and pick up passengers, but please be aware that you may be required to wait during busy periods.
If your arrival time changes by 15 minutes or more from your scheduled booking, please contact the facility immediately. Depending on the circumstances, we may not be able to accommodate bus parking, or you may be asked to wait before entering.

Please note that the facility will be closed for maintenance during the following periods:
