Please switch off your mobile phone and refrain from conversation throughout your visit.
You will sit on a zafu (meditation cushion) in the Main Hall and follow the guidance provided in a sealed envelope prepared for you.
There will be no instruction from a monk.
Simply entrust yourself to the stillness of Ryosokuin and spend this time with your own breath.
