Some terrible experiences here 
1. The website shows that going into the pool must with a reservation, and every group have 5 minutes. But when we checked in, the last group didn't come out and we just stayed about 2 minutes, the new group also came in. My friend and I are so confused about the meaning of the reservation.
2. The staff are so rude that they do not have any will to 
change and apologize, even the staff named 严住政博 explained the thing to us in an impolite way without any 敬語. I do not think he has any respect for foreigners and also has sexual discrimination.
I don't know why the things like the above could happen in Japan? All I know is that this time is our worst experience in travelling in Japan.
