I see 10 areas: The lounge, the first act (song), the presentation, the transition up, the picture presentation room, the secret presentation room, the second act (secret binoculars), the next transition up, the top presentation, the top view. The lounge was nice but underwhelming with just a coffee machine available and some additions. I think there is room for improvement with the amenities. I liked how the seating encouraged socializing as one aspect of luxury is isolation but i think the lounge is better forfeiting that aspect to enrich the experience. The song was well performed but not introduced. I didn’t know she was going to start singing until she did, and i didnt know why she was. You need to have an overarching theme to justify each experience. Is the song relevant to Tokyo? Why? Tell me and then sing it. I liked the intent of the first presentation being to inform about the tower and introduce. Let introductions be in the beginning though when we are physically introduced to the person. I think the presenter was nervous as she had to breathe deeply. She did great when performing, therefore this is a management issue. Treat her better. The transition up was slightly awkward because of the breathing. The picture presentation room was simply not impressive. Replace whatever that was with information on how difficult this tower was to build and add a treat like wine. The same feedback for the secret presentation room. I appreciated the energy of the binoculars act. It seemed irrelevant to the Tokyo Tower but it was mildly entertaining. Keep adding information about the tower, keep the same admirably silly Japanese energy. Next transition up fine. The top presentation was good. Same energy and highlighting key features is good. I may have missed it but tell people to enter the line when they are ready to go back down. The top view was wonderful and is the climax of the event. Everything before this point needs to build anticipation to see it.
