I kept waiting in line for more than 1 hour to arrive the 450m floor. After I enjoyed for about 10 minutes and then I waited another 30 minutes to go to the 350m floor. Then I was told that because the limition of time, I must leave even though I didn't take a tour at the 350m floor.
