I absolutely loved the view from both the decks on Skytree. I would recommend going a while before sunset so that you can see the view in daylight, during sunset, and when it's dark. The view is best when the sky is dark because that's when the city lights up. They also took photos of us and gave us postcards with the photos on them for free! We could also choose to buy full sized photos for 1500 yen but lol they gave us a free postcard with the picture so why would we buy it again.
