You will be guided to carefully selected local establishments by a knowledgeable local guide. Steak & Traditional Kappo Dining Mikuni is home to many exceptional restaurants, from kappo cuisine housed in historic ryotei-style buildings to steak restaurants showcasing refined teppanyaki techniques. These chefs excel at drawing out the best of each ingredient through precise heat control and craftsmanship. The menu highlights Mikuni’s signature style: Local seafood × premium meat × seasonal vegetables.
