At Japanese restaurants, these seasonal catches are prepared to highlight their natural flavors. Enjoy refined Japanese cuisine that truly showcases the quality of the ingredients. Beach Hut (Hamachaya) The hamachaya (beach hut) is a symbol of Mikuni’s summer culture—a seasonal space where you can enjoy food and drinks while fully immersed in the sea breeze, sound of waves, and scent of the ocean. With sandy beaches stretching out before you, relax with refreshing cold drinks and light meals as you gaze out over the open sea. Dining Bar / Café The tour concludes at a café or dining bar with a pleasant ocean breeze. Enjoy a light drink or sweet treat perfectly suited for a summer evening, and unwind as you savor the lingering atmosphere of Mikuni’s summer nights.
