◆Ninja running Learn forward leaning posture and rhythmic steps ◆Kuji seal/kiaijutsu "Rin, soldier, battle, person, everyone, jin, retsu, existence, front." ◆Sneaking training Learn the basics of ``shinobi-ashi'' (stealth walking), which is a method of moving without making footsteps as much as possible. ◆Hidden weapon Learn the history and safe handling of ninja tools such as shuriken, makibishi, and kunai, and practice throwing them at targets. ◆Ninjutsu (tonjutsu) Experience how to hide out of the enemy's line of sight and how to escape by moving quickly. ◆Sword training Learn the stances of the five elements and repeatedly practice basic slashing movements. ◆Shuriken throwing Using an authentic iron shuriken, we will teach you how to make accurate rapid rotation strokes. ◆Wall climbing Practice vertical movement skills using a safe climbing wall. ◆Combat training (sword fighting) A simulated battle using a soft special sword. ◆Shiraba Uke Showdown The training involves approaching silently and aiming lightly at the head with a soft sword. |
