In this article I give a breakdown of a potential day itinerary you may follow during your trip to Southern California. This itinerary is for if you are visiting the wineries in Temecula. Many of these recommendations are also from a friend who has lived in Temecula for 10 years.
Temecula is further from Los Angeles, but a great get away that feels like a different world. They have architecture that reminds me of the wild west in Old Town and it is nice to explore.

朝 - Morning

Have an early start to your day and rent a hot air balloon to watch the sunrise from the sky. After your hot air balloon ride, stroll around Old Town and eat brunch at 1909. Wander the shops in Old Town until you are ready to visit the wineries.
午後 - Afternoon
ウィルソン・クリークは必訪のワイナリーです。ここを訪れた後、ホテルやエアビーアンドビーに戻って休憩するか、もう一つワイナリーに立ち寄ることもできます。近くにあるアヴェンソールがおすすめです。ワイナリー巡りの後は、ホテルやエアビーアンドビーでリラックスして、時間があればプールに浸かるのも良いでしょう。
Wilson Creek is a must visit. After this winery, you can decide to go back to your hotel or Airbnb to rest, or visit one more winery, possibly Avensole, since they are fairly close to one another. After the wineries you can relax at the hotel or Airbnb, maybe dip in the pool if you have the time.
夜 - Evening

Overall, Temecula is a place to relax and enjoy the wineries and western-themed eateries they have to offer. You will find it to be slow-moving, so do not feel rushed to do it all and enjoy the present moment.
