Waited in the line, in the cold, for over 1 hour. Food is overpriced, goods are too expensive. No Christmas music playing. No under-cover area to shield from the cold, and only a hand few on heaters which did not help. All food areas were too crowded. 
Next time, hire someone to correctly think and plan the event, to account for these issues.
