THE WORST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER! 
When we checked the SD card from the GoPro afterward, we discovered that none of the photos or videos I thought had been recorded were actually there. Everything was missing.
There were also several issues during the activity itself. Other customers who had rented GoPros including us and some foreign tourists, experienced repeated malfunctions and battery failures throughout the day.
What makes this even more frustrating is that customers are required to pay for the SD card on site, despite having no way to verify whether any footage has been successfully recorded at that time. 

When I later contacted them about the missing files, I was simply told that once the SD card had been taken home, it was entirely my responsibility, even if nothing had been recorded.
The staff member was extremely rude and aggressive on the phone, telling me to “go ahead and sue if you want” before hanging up on me. It was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I have ever had.
I would never use this company again and cannot recommend it to anyone at all.

GoProのSDカードを後日確認したところ、全く何も表示されず、撮れていると思っていた動画や画像何もかもが写っていませんでした。実際体験当日にもGoproを借りていた他の外国人のお客様でも何度も故障だったり、電池切れが起こったりと問題だらけでした。その場で撮れているかどうかすら確認できないSDカード代を現地でお支払いしないといけないため、その後SDカードを持ち帰った後は、たとえ何も撮れていなかったとしても、自己責任だと電話越しに伝えられ、訴えるなりなんなり勝手にしろ、と罵られた後に電話を切られました。とても高圧的な失礼な態度で最悪な対応でした。二度と関わりたくないです。絶対におすすめしません。
