This was a cheesy experience. We bought the "Diamond tour" which was marketed as VIP (skip the line, exclusive access to the lounge with food/drink, etc.) Well, there was no line to skip and the lounge was comical. Vending machine drinks and pre-packaged snacks you'd find in a convenience store. Definitely not a lounge! The view from the top was cool, but Shibuya Sky is WAY better. I'd skip Tokyo Tower and go there instead.
