Had a plenty of time till departure at Haneda. So, my wife suggested to go to Ooi Keiba jyo for the illumination. I was reluctant, but in the end, it was proven to be a wonderful experience.

The whole horse racing course are nicely decorated and illuminated. You can observe the spectacle show every 15 minutes from either outside or from the seats on the 2nd floor of the air-conditioned spectating stand with purchased food and beer! 

The experience doesn't end there. You can walk through the illuminated venue like going through fantasy worlds.

This was really a magnificent experience for a JPY600 per person excluding foods and drinks.

I would call again if I had a time with my wife to kill time at Haneda.
