It's really the worst yukata experience I've had. Especially the hairstyle is really poorly done. It's like an assembly line with no sense of experience at all.
The ladies who received the payment were very cute and kind.
But, the key point! The four aunts doing hair were really terrible. They told the Japanese customer who was also getting their hair done that day, "Chinese people want this and that. Chinese people are very troublesome." Is this racial discrimination and bullying? Aren't we consumers? Consumption is, of course, for the purpose of seeking services. I know they can't do very difficult hairstyles, so I only got simple side low hair. But they can't even do symmetrical hairstyles. This is not my fault. Their skills and attitude are really poor!! To be honest, at the same price within Kyoto City, you can really hace an experience better stores.
I will definitely not go to this store or this event again.Why we spend money and still feel unhappy? I will also call the consumer center in Japan to report the situation. Please understand.
